We begin our tours with a walk through our garden, here is where we harvest some of the ingredients we use for our fermentations and spirits.
After that, we tour our distillery. Here you can learn about the process of some of our tasty beverages.
The last part of our tour is in our cellar. Here you can taste natural wine, natural hard cider or the spirit of your choice. You’ll learn about all the processes behind each of our beverages. Come, enjoy and share with us.
A unique experience that’ll make you want to know more about what we can do with what our land gives us.
Vinos Barrigones

Queremos un vino libre que sea un tributo a su origen, a la tierra, y a las manos que lo hacen. Visita el viñedo y las instalaciones de nuestra destilería, y conoce cómo hacemos nuestros vinos barrigones. En nuestra cava, podrás disfrutar de una cata de 2 vinos blancos y 1 vino tinto (1.5 oz cada uno), todos elaborados con uvas de la región, sin químicos ni añadiduras.
Incluye: visita guiada, guía en español*, cata de 2 vinos blancos y 1 vino tinto 1.5 onza de cada uno y agua natural para limpiar el paladar.

In our distillery, we’ll show you how we make our products, their history and characteristics. Then in our cellar you can taste 3 of our spirits among mezcal, brandy, grape gin or maize whisky.

Our whisky is a tribute to maize, the land and the hands that grew it.
Learn how we make our whisky in our distillery, where the maize comes from and its importance. After, in our cellar you can taste 3 varieties of our whisky (1.5 oz each)
Includes: guided tour, guide in Spanish*, tasting of 3 varieties of whisky (1 oz each), maize tostada and natural water with rosemary to cleanse the palate.
BARBACOA AND PULQUE

¡Ven con nosotros a inaugurar el manjar del día! Desde temprano tenemos lista la barbacoa y cochinita pa' ti y tu grupo, acompáñanos a seleccionar los primeros tacos directo del horno, con el excelente maridaje de agua miel y pulque de la zona.
Incluye: aguamiel, pulque, taco de barbacoa + taco de cochinita + frijoles + nopales. La mesa la podrás compartir con más visitantes de Bárbaro asador.

We require at least two people per tour, groups of up to 10 people. We do not apply cancellations. You can reschedule your activity within the next 30 days of the original date. Transport and tips are not included. Prices include VAT.
